An easy sheet pan meal featuring tortellini, kielbasa, and colorful vegetables, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 28 oz kielbasa (sliced)
- 20 oz frozen tortellini
- 32 oz frozen vegetables (broccoli or a mix)
- 3-4 Tbsp olive or avocado oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Boil the tortellini according to package instructions, then set aside.
- Place the kielbasa and frozen vegetables on the sheet pan.
- Drizzle the mixture with olive or avocado oil.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly over the ingredients.
- Toss everything to combine thoroughly.
- Sprinkle the shredded parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes for even cooking.
- Add the fresh tortellini to the sheet pan once it’s cooked, and allow everything to bake together for a couple more minutes.

Ensure the ingredients are spaced out to avoid steaming. Use various vegetables or seasonings to keep this dish exciting.
