Description

An easy sheet pan meal featuring tortellini, kielbasa, and colorful vegetables, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 28 oz kielbasa (sliced)
  • 20 oz frozen tortellini
  • 32 oz frozen vegetables (broccoli or a mix)
  • 3-4 Tbsp olive or avocado oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Boil the tortellini according to package instructions, then set aside.
  2. Place the kielbasa and frozen vegetables on the sheet pan.
  3. Drizzle the mixture with olive or avocado oil.
  4. Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly over the ingredients.
  5. Toss everything to combine thoroughly.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded parmesan cheese over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes for even cooking.
  8. Add the fresh tortellini to the sheet pan once it’s cooked, and allow everything to bake together for a couple more minutes.
