Description

Fluffy pancakes made with simple ingredients, perfect for a quick and nourishing breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup fruit (bananas, berries, etc.)
  • Honey or maple syrup (for serving)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the milk and melted butter.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just incorporated. Fold in your choice of fruit.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour batter onto the skillet to form pancakes.
