Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup fruit (bananas, berries, etc.)
- Honey or maple syrup (for serving)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the milk and melted butter.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just incorporated. Fold in your choice of fruit.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour batter onto the skillet to form pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
