Description

Delicious and nutritious protein bites that are easy to prepare and perfect for a quick snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oats
  • ½ cup of nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
  • ½ cup of honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup of protein powder (optional)
  • ¼ cup of chocolate chips or dried fruit (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, nut butter, and sweetener. If using protein powder, add that as well.
  2. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients form a sticky dough. Adjust the consistency by adding more nut butter or sweetener if needed.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips or dried fruit, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up before enjoying.

Notes

Feel free to customize these bites with different nut butters, sweeteners, or additional mix-ins like seeds or spices.
