Description

A quick and healthy snack option featuring rolled oats, nut butter, and protein powder, perfect for post-workout or midday cravings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vegan if desired)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and protein powder until well combined.
  2. If desired, fold in chocolate chips and nuts or seeds.
  3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture into the dish evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  5. Once set, cut into bars and enjoy as a quick snack!

Notes

Experiment with different nut butters and add spices for enhanced flavor. Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
