Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, rolled oats, honey, protein powder, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  2. If desired, fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Notes

For easier rolling, dampen your hands slightly. These protein balls can be customized by adding nuts, seeds, or using different nut butters.
