Ingredients

  • – 4 cups (946 ml) Chicken Breast, shredded
  • – 1 pound (454 g) Broccoli, cut into florets
  • – 8 ounces (227 g) cream cheese, softened
  • – 1 cup (237 ml) ranch dressing
  • – 1/2 cup (118 ml) heavy cream
  • – 1/4 cup (59 ml) sour cream
  • – 2 teaspoon (10 ml) better than bullion
  • – 2 cups (226 g) Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • – 1 Ounce (28 g) beef rinds, crushed, optional

Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 450°F to begin preheating.
  2. In a saucepan, boil water and immerse the broccoli florets. Cook them until they’re just soft, roughly 3 minutes, then drain using a colander while you get the other ingredients ready.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to blend together the ranch dressing, heavy cream, softened cream cheese, sour cream, and bullion until the mixture is smooth. Incorporate the shredded chicken and cooked broccoli, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a 9×13 inch or a 9-inch round baking dish. Sprinkle the top with cheddar cheese and, if desired, add the crushed beef rinds.
  5. Place in the preheated oven and bake until the cheese is melted and the entire casserole is thoroughly heated, approximately 30 minutes.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, try using a blend of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
  • To add a crispy element, consider topping the casserole with breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter before baking.
  • Customize the dish by incorporating cooked bacon or diced bell peppers for extra flavor and color.
