Description

A simple and satisfying recipe for keto-friendly sourdough bread made with almond and coconut flour.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup almond flour, 1 cup coconut flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the 4 large eggs and mix in 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring continuously.
  5. Slowly add 1/2 cup water until you form a dough.
  6. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before slicing.
