Instructions
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Cut the cauliflower head into thick steaks, about one-inch thick.
- Brush both sides with oil and season with your chosen spices, salt, and pepper.
- Grill or roast the cauliflower steaks for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are crispy and tender.
- Serve warm.
Notes
