Instructions
- Cook the minced beef and onion in a pan on medium-high heat.

- Remove any excess fat from the beef.
- Combine the cooked beef, minced garlic, jalapeños, chili beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste in the crockpot.
- Mix in 2 tablespoons of chili powder, 1 tablespoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin.
- Use one of the empty chili bean cans to measure water and add it to the crockpot.
- Blend everything together thoroughly and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Relish your meal! We often pair it with peanut butter sandwiches.
Notes
- Consider using hot chili beans for extra spiciness.
- Adjust seasoning with more salt, pepper, or chili powder to taste.
- Enhance flavor by sautéing jalapeños and garlic before adding to the crockpot.
