Instructions
- Put the minced beef and chopped onion in a large pot and heat over medium. Stir frequently until the beef is browned and the onion is soft, taking around 5 to 7 minutes.
- Mix in the tomato sauce, kidney beans, and stewed tomatoes, including their juices. If a more liquid texture is desired, pour in the water. Add the chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for seasoning.
