Description

A delightful recipe for cheeseburger sliders that are easy to make and perfect for gatherings, featuring seasoned ground beef, rich cheddar cheese, and creamy mayonnaise in soft dinner rolls.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon burger seasoning
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 soft dinner rolls
  • Butter, for brushing
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown; drain excess fat.
  3. Mix in burger seasoning with the cooked beef.
  4. Slice the dinner rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom halves, then layer with seasoned ground beef and cheddar cheese.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls back on and brush with melted butter.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown.
