Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon burger seasoning
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 12 soft dinner rolls
- Butter, for brushing
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown; drain excess fat.
- Mix in burger seasoning with the cooked beef.
- Slice the dinner rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom halves, then layer with seasoned ground beef and cheddar cheese.
- Place the top halves of the rolls back on and brush with melted butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown.
- Serve warm with optional toppings.
