Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 packet gelatin
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh fruit (berries, peaches, or mangoes)
Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and gradually blend in sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and stir to combine.
- Dissolve the gelatin in warm water and stir it into the cream cheese mixture.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer the mixture into serving glasses, alternating with fresh fruit.
- Chill the dessert until set before serving.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother blend. Experiment with different fruits or toppings like shredded coconut or chocolate shavings.
