Ingredients
- 1 box of Stove Top Stuffing (flavor of your choice)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup ketchup (or more if preferred)
- 1/2 cup water (additional if using super-lean beef)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bread loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the dry stuffing mix, ground beef, eggs, half of the ketchup, and water. Mix until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture into the greased loaf pan, ensuring it fills the corners evenly.
- Top the meatloaf with the remaining ketchup or your choice of BBQ sauce or chili sauce.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
