Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box of Stove Top Stuffing (flavor of your choice)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (or more if preferred)
  • 1/2 cup water (additional if using super-lean beef)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bread loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the dry stuffing mix, ground beef, eggs, half of the ketchup, and water. Mix until just combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into the greased loaf pan, ensuring it fills the corners evenly.
  4. Top the meatloaf with the remaining ketchup or your choice of BBQ sauce or chili sauce.
  5. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
