- 1/2 lb (227 g) thin sliced turkey bacon
- 4 ounce (113 g) s cheddar cheese, cut into sticks 3 inches long
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) cajun seasoning
Instructions
- Combine the minced beef with the Cajun spice mix.
- Form the mixture into eight square-shaped patties.
- Position a cheese stick in the middle of each patty and enclose it securely.
