  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 4 pieces low-carb tortillas
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 cup extra cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 cup jalapeño slices (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Start by melting the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning until fully incorporated.
  4. In another pan, combine cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, and shredded cheddar cheese over low heat to create a creamy cheese sauce.
  5. Spread a low-carb tortilla in the skillet to warm it slightly, then layer it with the spicy beef mixture.
