These protein balls capture the festive flavor of birthday cake in a nutritious and indulgent snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup sprinkles
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the rolled oats and protein powder.
- Add in the nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in the sprinkles gently to ensure even distribution.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
