Ingredients
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup nuts (walnuts recommended)
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a food processor fitted with the blade attachment.
- Pulse for 60 seconds or until the mixture comes together.
- Roll the mixture into balls (about 10).
- Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
Notes
Customize the nut choice or add a pinch of salt for enhanced flavor. Consider adding citrus zest for a refreshing twist.
