Description

Easy and nutritious bite-sized snacks made with dates, nuts, and coconut, perfect for a quick energy boost.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup nuts (walnuts recommended)
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla


Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor fitted with the blade attachment.
  2. Pulse for 60 seconds or until the mixture comes together.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls (about 10).
  4. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 5 days.

Notes

Customize the nut choice or add a pinch of salt for enhanced flavor. Consider adding citrus zest for a refreshing twist.
