Instructions
- Prepare your grated carrots, ensuring to remove excess moisture.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease your bread pan.
- Add the egg, applesauce, mashed bananas, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a large mixing bowl and whisk together until smooth.
- Stir in the quick oats, baking soda, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and salt, mixing until combined.
