  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup white whole wheat flour (or 1:1 gluten-free flour)
  • 1 cup grated carrots (2 medium-sized, moisture removed)


Instructions

  1. Prepare your grated carrots, ensuring to remove excess moisture.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease your bread pan.
  3. Add the egg, applesauce, mashed bananas, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a large mixing bowl and whisk together until smooth.
