Ingredients
- 3-4 lbs brisket
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Buns for serving (optional)
- Mashed potatoes for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Season the brisket with salt and pepper.
- Place the sliced onion and minced garlic in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Put the brisket on top of the onions and garlic.
- Pour the beef broth and BBQ sauce over the brisket.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the brisket is tender.
- Remove the brisket, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice.
- Serve on buns or with mashed potatoes.
