Description

Comforting crock pot French onion meatballs simmering in a rich French onion soup, perfect for family dinners or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup French onion soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, chopped onion, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
