Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup French onion soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, chopped onion, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.
- Pour the French onion soup over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
