Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
- If using, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving. Enjoy!
