Ingredients
- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash the baby potatoes under cold water and cut them in half.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the halved potatoes in the oil mixture until well-coated.
- Arrange the potatoes cut side down on a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Generously sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the potatoes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
