Ingredients

- 1 pound (454 g) pizza dough
- 1 cup (240 ml) shredded moz zarella cheese
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) cooked beef bacon, crumbled
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt
Instructions
- Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) to warm up.
- In a small dish, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- On a floured countertop, spread out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape.
- Evenly coat the surface of the dough with Alfredo sauce.
- Distribute the shredded mozzarella cheese, crumbled beef bacon, Parmesan cheese, and fresh basil over the Alfredo layer.
