Description

Discover the secret to making Crispy Chicken Bacon Loaded Cheese Stick Bombs. Perfect your cooking skills with our step-by-step guide for this mouthwatering treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce (227 g)) package cream cheese, softened
  • 25 cup (60 ml) finely chopped green onion, or to taste
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 8 chicken tenders
  • 8 slices beef bacon
  • 8 toothpicks
  • 6 tablespoon (90 ml) s pepper jelly

Instructions

  1. Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and place a wire rack over a baking tray.
  2. Combine softened cream cheese, chopped green onion, diced jalapeno, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Flatten the chicken tenders into rectangles using the smooth side of a meat mallet. Spoon 3 tablespoons of the cheese mixture onto the center of each piece, then fold them into small parcels.
  4. Encase each parcel with a strip of beef bacon, securing it with a toothpick. Add a dollop of pepper jelly on top. Position them on the wire rack.
  5. Cook in the preheated oven until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is fully cooked, approximately 35 minutes.

Notes

  • Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for easy mixing with green onion and jalapeno.
  • Adjust jalapeno quantity to suit your spice level preference.
  • Wrap chicken parcels tightly with beef bacon to prevent filling leakage while baking.
