Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Your favorite dipping sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and remove leaves from the cauliflower, then slice into 1-inch thick steaks.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the spice mixture onto both sides of the cauliflower steaks.
- Place the steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown.
