- Black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (2.5 grams)
- Garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (2.5 grams)
- Onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (2.5 grams)
- Paprika, 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (2.5 grams)
- Flour tortillas, 8 medium size
- Creamy salad dressing, 1/2 cup (120 ml) (120 milliliters)
- Cheddar cheese, shredded, 2 cups (480 ml) (200 grams)
- Cooked turkey bacon, 8 slices
- Green onions, chopped, 1/4 cup (60 ml) (25 grams)
- Butter, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (28 grams)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the chicken breast into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces to the skillet.
- Season chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Place a flour tortilla on a flat surface.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing over the tortilla.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the ranch.
- Add a few pieces of cooked chicken on top of the cheese.
- Place one slice of cooked turkey bacon over the chicken.
- Sprinkle some chopped green onions over the bacon.
- Fold the tortilla into a square, enclosing the filling.
- Repeat the process with remaining tortillas and filling ingredients.
- Melt butter in a clean skillet over medium heat.
- Place the folded quesadillas in the skillet seam side down.
- Cook each side for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Transfer cooked quesadillas to a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
