Ingredients
- Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless – 2 pieces
- Turkey bacon – 8 slices
- Refrigerated biscuit dough – 1 can (16.3 oz (462 g))
- Cream cheese – 4 oz (113 g)
- Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1 cup (113 g)
- Parmesan cheese, grated – 1/2 cup (50 g)
- Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
- Onion powder – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon (3 g)
- Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon (1 g)
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
- Parsley, chopped – 2 tablespoon s (8 g)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut chicken breasts into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Cook chicken until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove chicken from heat and set aside to cool.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Stir cooked chicken into the cheese mixture.
- Separate biscuit dough into 8 individual pieces.
- Slightly flatten each biscuit dough piece into a disk.
- Place a spoonful of chicken mixture onto the center of each disk.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal.
- Wrap each dough ball with turkey bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
- Place bacon-wrapped balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top before serving.
