Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless – 2 pieces
  • Turkey bacon – 8 slices
  • Refrigerated biscuit dough – 1 can (16.3 oz (462 g))
  • Cream cheese – 4 oz (113 g)
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1 cup (113 g)
  • Parmesan cheese, grated – 1/2 cup (50 g)
  • Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
  • Onion powder – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon (3 g)
  • Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon (1 g)
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
  • Parsley, chopped – 2 tablespoon s (8 g)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut chicken breasts into small, bite-sized pieces.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add chicken pieces, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
  5. Cook chicken until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Remove chicken from heat and set aside to cool.
  7. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  8. Stir cooked chicken into the cheese mixture.
  9. Separate biscuit dough into 8 individual pieces.
  10. Slightly flatten each biscuit dough piece into a disk.
  11. Place a spoonful of chicken mixture onto the center of each disk.
  12. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal.
  13. Wrap each dough ball with turkey bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
  14. Place bacon-wrapped balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  15. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  16. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  17. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top before serving.
