Ingredients
- 2 large apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cooking spray or olive oil for air frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the diced apples.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the basket, ensuring they are spaced apart.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
