Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and sauté for about 3 minutes until translucent.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the ground turkey and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until browned.
