- 473 ml (2 cups) water

- 18 g (4 tsp) vegetable bouillon granules
- 25 g (1/4 tsp) garlic powder
- 57 g (1/4 cup) vegetable oil
- 28 g (1/4 cup) all-purpose flour
- 710 ml (3 cups) milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine spinach, water, bouillon, onion, and garlic powder over medium-high heat; allow it to reach a boil. Lower the heat to medium-low and let it simmer until the onion softens.
- In the meantime, in a separate small saucepan, heat the vegetable oil; incorporate the flour by whisking until smooth, then cook for 2 minutes. Gradually add the milk while whisking continuously until you achieve a smooth consistency; pour this mixture into the soup. Let the soup simmer until it becomes thick, roughly 10 minutes.
