Description

A delightful creamy ice cream pie with a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for summer gatherings with customizable toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup crushed nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles (optional)


Instructions

  1. Soften the vanilla ice cream slightly at room temperature until it’s spreadable.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
  3. Spread half of the ice cream mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust.
  4. Drizzle half of the chocolate syrup on top, then sprinkle with crushed nuts and sprinkles if desired.
  5. Add the remaining ice cream mixture on top and smooth out the surface.
  6. Freeze the pie for at least 240 minutes or until firm.
  7. Before serving, drizzle more chocolate syrup and add additional toppings if desired.
