- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar (optional)
- Coconut oil or butter (for greasing)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- If desired, add powdered sugar to achieve a sweeter taste and thicker consistency. Mix well.
- Grease a baking dish or tray with coconut oil or butter.
- Spread the coconut mixture evenly in the greased dish, pressing down firmly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 120 minutes or until set.
- Once set, cut into small squares or bars. Serve and enjoy!
