Delicious cranberry turkey sliders filled with savory turkey, tangy cranberry sauce, and melted cheese, perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 pound thick-cut deli turkey or ham
- 6 large slices Swiss or provolone cheese
- 1 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 package of Hawaiian dinner rolls (12-count)
- 2 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Cut the Hawaiian dinner rolls in half horizontally, keeping them in one piece.
- Lay down a layer of turkey on the bottom half of the rolls.
- Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the turkey.
- Place the Swiss or provolone cheese slices on top of the cranberry sauce.
- Cover with the top layer of the rolls.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and poppy seeds. Mix well.
- Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the bread rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 12 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for another 10-12 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
Notes
For additional flavor, swap deli turkey for ham or add sliced jalapeños.
