Description

Sweet and tangy cranberry cream cheese crescent bites, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare a mini muffin tin by greasing or lining it.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half.
  5. Press the pieces into the muffin cups to form a base.
  6. Spoon in about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese filling followed by 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top.
  7. If desired, sprinkle with chopped pecans or orange zest for added flavor.
  8. Bake the bites for 11–13 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow them to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra creaminess, mix in a dash of lemon juice with the cream cheese filling. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
