Description

Delicious bites filled with creamy cheese and tangy cranberry sauce, perfect for brunch or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Chopped pecans or orange zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease or line a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half.
  4. Press the dough pieces into the muffin cups to create little cups for the filling.
  5. Spoon in 1 teaspoon of cream cheese filling into each dough cup, followed by 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  6. Top with chopped pecans or orange zest if desired.
  7. Bake for 11–13 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For best results, let the cream cheese soften before mixing and consider pre-chilling the dough for easier handling.
