Description

Delightful bites of cream cheese and cranberry sauce wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough (8 triangles)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened, at room temperature)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease or line a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half.
  4. Press each piece of dough into the mini muffin tin.
  5. Spoon 1 tsp of the cream cheese filling into each dough-lined cup, followed by 1 tsp of cranberry sauce.
  6. If desired, sprinkle with chopped pecans or orange zest.
  7. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
