Delightful bites of cream cheese and cranberry sauce wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough, perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 can crescent roll dough (8 triangles)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened, at room temperature)
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease or line a mini muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half.
- Press each piece of dough into the mini muffin tin.
- Spoon 1 tsp of the cream cheese filling into each dough-lined cup, followed by 1 tsp of cranberry sauce.
- If desired, sprinkle with chopped pecans or orange zest.
- Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
