Description

Delightful bites combining creamy cheese and sweet cranberry sauce wrapped in flaky crescent dough, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Grease or line a mini muffin tin to prevent sticking.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half.
  5. Press the dough pieces into the muffin cups to form little cups.
  6. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese filling into each dough cup, followed by 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  7. Sprinkle optional chopped pecans or orange zest on top.
  8. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing. Avoid overfilling to prevent overflow during baking.
