Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Mayonnaise
- Ketchup
Instructions
- Combine ground beef, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated but avoid overmixing.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form them into burger patties.
- Create a small indentation in the center of each patty to ensure even cooking.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the hamburger buns if desired.
- Layer lettuce leaves and tomato slices on the bottom half of each bun.
- Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on the inside of the top bun and place it over the patty.
