Description

The crack burger is a delicious blend of quality ground beef, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, making it a favorite for summer barbecues and family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated but avoid overmixing.
  3. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form them into burger patties.
  4. Create a small indentation in the center of each patty to ensure even cooking.
  5. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
  8. Toast the hamburger buns if desired.
  9. Layer lettuce leaves and tomato slices on the bottom half of each bun.
  10. Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on the inside of the top bun and place it over the patty.
  11. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.

Notes

For added flavor, consider serving on toasted buns with creative toppings like fresh herbs or avocado.
