Description

Delicious breakfast sliders featuring crispy bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melted cheddar cheese nestled in sweet Hawaiian rolls.

Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for scrambling the eggs)
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (12 oz) package Hawaiian rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray the baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and scramble until fully cooked. Set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium-high heat until crispy. Cut each slice into 4 pieces and set aside.
  6. Without separating the Hawaiian rolls, slice the entire loaf horizontally. Place the roll bottoms in the prepared baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the rolls.
  8. Layer the scrambled eggs evenly over the cheese, followed by the crispy bacon slices. Finish with the remaining cheese on top of the bacon.
  9. Place the top of the rolls over the cheese layer.
  10. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and ranch dressing mix. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
  11. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese has melted and the rolls are warm.
