Description
Delicious breakfast sliders featuring crispy bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melted cheddar cheese nestled in sweet Hawaiian rolls.
Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter (for scrambling the eggs)
- 1 lb bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
- 1 (12 oz) package Hawaiian rolls
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray the baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and scramble until fully cooked. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium-high heat until crispy. Cut each slice into 4 pieces and set aside.
- Without separating the Hawaiian rolls, slice the entire loaf horizontally. Place the roll bottoms in the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the rolls.
- Layer the scrambled eggs evenly over the cheese, followed by the crispy bacon slices. Finish with the remaining cheese on top of the bacon.
- Place the top of the rolls over the cheese layer.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and ranch dressing mix. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese has melted and the rolls are warm.
