Description

Delicious bites featuring a creamy filling of crab meat and cheese wrapped in flaky crescent dough, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat (lump or flaked)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons green onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the crab meat, softened cream cheese, green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise to make smaller triangles.
  5. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll up toward the point.
  6. Place the bites seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Optional: Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Consider adding lemon zest or experiment with other seasonings for a unique flavor. Chill the assembled bites for about 30 minutes before baking for easier handling.
