Description
Delicious Cowboy Sliders made with ground beef, jalapeno peppers, and crispy bacon, all stuffed in sweet Hawaiian buns.
Ingredients
- 12 Hawaiian buns
- 1-2 pounds ground beef
- 1-2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 6-8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- Cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack, preferably)
- Cowboy butter, for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned; mix in chopped jalapeno peppers and cooked bacon.
- Slice the Hawaiian buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Fill each bun with the beef mixture and top with cheese.
- Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
- Brush the sliders with melted cowboy butter.
- Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, cook bacon extra crispy and use a mix of cheeses for enhanced flavor.
