Description

Delicious Cowboy Sliders made with ground beef, jalapeno peppers, and crispy bacon, all stuffed in sweet Hawaiian buns.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian buns
  • 1-2 pounds ground beef
  • 1-2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 6-8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • Cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack, preferably)
  • Cowboy butter, for brushing


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned; mix in chopped jalapeno peppers and cooked bacon.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Fill each bun with the beef mixture and top with cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
  6. Brush the sliders with melted cowboy butter.
  7. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, cook bacon extra crispy and use a mix of cheeses for enhanced flavor.
