Ingredients
- 12 Hawaiian buns
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 jalapeno peppers, sliced
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cowboy butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned and seasoned to taste.
- Slice the Hawaiian buns in half and layer with cooked beef, jalapeno peppers, cooked bacon, and cheese.
- Brush the tops with cowboy butter.
- Place the sliders on a baking sheet and bake until the cheese is melted and the sliders are golden brown.
