Description

Delicious cowboy sliders featuring ground beef, jalapeno peppers, and crispy bacon on soft Hawaiian buns, perfect for gatherings and family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian buns
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, sliced
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cowboy butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned and seasoned to taste.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian buns in half and layer with cooked beef, jalapeno peppers, cooked bacon, and cheese.
  4. Brush the tops with cowboy butter.
  5. Place the sliders on a baking sheet and bake until the cheese is melted and the sliders are golden brown.

Notes
