Description

A comforting dish featuring crispy bacon, tender green beans, and fluffy potatoes, seasoned with ranch flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bacon, diced
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 lb potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon but leave some grease in the skillet.
  2. Add the potatoes to the skillet and cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  3. Once potatoes are golden, add the green beans, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Continue cooking until the green beans are tender and vibrant in color.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, omit bacon and use smoked paprika for flavor.
