Ingredients
- 4 slices of bacon, diced
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 lb potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon but leave some grease in the skillet.
- Add the potatoes to the skillet and cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- Once potatoes are golden, add the green beans, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Continue cooking until the green beans are tender and vibrant in color.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, omit bacon and use smoked paprika for flavor.
