Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 4 slices crispy bacon, chopped
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, add water and bring to a boil.
- Add the halved potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add the green beans and continue to cook for another 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving drippings in the skillet.
- Add cooked potatoes and green beans to the skillet, sprinkle with ranch seasoning, and stir to coat. Drizzle olive oil if desired.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
- Stir in the crispy bacon and season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
