Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices (optional)
- Italian seasoning to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix the cottage cheese and marinara sauce until combined.
- Add in the chopped vegetables, pepperoni (if using), and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
