Description

A satisfying and nutritious meal that combines cottage cheese, marinara sauce, and delicious vegetables into a delightful pizza-inspired bowl.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices (optional)
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Mix the cottage cheese and marinara sauce until combined.
