Instructions

  1. Season the cubed chicken with salt, paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Sear the chicken in a single layer and cook without moving until golden on the bottom.
  4. Flip the chicken pieces and cook until fully cooked and lightly golden on all sides.
  5. Lower the heat to low before adding the sauce ingredients.
