Description

A healthy and delicious flatbread made with cottage cheese and eggs, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-sodium cottage cheese
  • 2 large whole eggs (or 4 egg whites for a lighter version)
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Italian seasoning, to taste
  • Oregano, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the cottage cheese and eggs in a mixing bowl, whisking until smooth.
  3. Stir in garlic powder and Italian seasoning; blend thoroughly until evenly mixed.
  4. Sprinkle some oregano on top before placing in the oven.
  5. Transfer the mixture onto a lined baking sheet, spreading it evenly to form a flatbread shape.
  6. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
