Ingredients
- 1 cup low-sodium cottage cheese
- 2 large whole eggs (or 4 egg whites for a lighter version)
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Italian seasoning, to taste
- Oregano, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the cottage cheese and eggs in a mixing bowl, whisking until smooth.
- Stir in garlic powder and Italian seasoning; blend thoroughly until evenly mixed.
- Sprinkle some oregano on top before placing in the oven.
- Transfer the mixture onto a lined baking sheet, spreading it evenly to form a flatbread shape.
- Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
