Ingredients
- 1 cup (256g) whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat)
- Optional seasonings of your choice
- Optional Parmesan cheese for extra flavor
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine cottage cheese with your choice of seasonings in a mixing bowl.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top, if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool before breaking into chips and serving.
