Description

Cottage cheese chips are a crunchy, protein-packed snack made from whole milk small curd cottage cheese and your choice of seasonings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (256g) whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat)
  • Optional seasonings of your choice
  • Optional Parmesan cheese for extra flavor


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine cottage cheese with your choice of seasonings in a mixing bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top, if desired.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
