Description

Crispy cottage cheese chips packed with protein and customizable with various seasonings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (256g) whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat, high protein)
  • Seasonings of your choice (optional)
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the cottage cheese in a thin layer onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. If desired, sprinkle your chosen seasonings and Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 20–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chips become crispy and golden.
  6. Allow them to cool before breaking into pieces and serving.

Notes

Experiment with different seasonings like garlic powder, onion powder, or smoked paprika for added flavor.
