Ingredients
- 1 cup (256g) whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat, high protein)
- Seasonings of your choice (optional)
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the cottage cheese in a thin layer onto the prepared baking sheet.
- If desired, sprinkle your chosen seasonings and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 20–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chips become crispy and golden.
- Allow them to cool before breaking into pieces and serving.
Notes
Experiment with different seasonings like garlic powder, onion powder, or smoked paprika for added flavor.
