Description

A refreshing and nutritious salad combining protein-packed cottage cheese and hearty chickpeas, ideal for potlucks and family meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  2. Add the diced cucumber and tomato.
